Bits4Hair Refund Policy

At Bits4Hair, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Below you’ll find details of our refund and returns policy for goods or services purchased through our online store.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

•    Be unused and in the same condition as when received.

•    Be in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned for a refund:

Change of Mind – Consumer Contracts Regulations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery to request a refund. This refund will include the original purchase price and any postage and packaging charges.

Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Standard Returns Policy

If you change your mind (and the goods are not faulty or misdescribed), our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and the original postage and packaging charges, provided you notify us within 14 working days of delivery.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Refund Status

•    Check your bank account or card statement.

•    Contact your bank or card provider, as some institutions take additional processing time.

Discounted or Sale Items

•    Items purchased with a discount code will only be refunded for the amount paid, not the original listed price.

•    Sale items may not be eligible for a refund if you’ve simply changed your mind. If unsure, please contact us prior to purchase.
