Experience rich (vibrant), long-lasting results of Bits4Hair The Colour with these simple & effective application instructions.

Standard Colour Application (All shades except blondes):

• mix The Colour with The Developer (No Lift - 40 Vol) in a 1:1.5 ratio Example: 30 ml of The Colour to 45 ml of The Developer or 50 ml of The Colour to 75 ml of The Developer.
• allow the colour to develop for 30-40 minutes.
• after the development time, thoroughly emulsify the colour, rinse hair & proceed with your preferred colour care shampoo & conditioner.

To transform any Bits4Hair The Colour into a Demi-Permanent 

• mix as above using Bits4Hair The Developer No Lift & leave in the mixing bowl for 5 minutes (set your timer). 
• develop for 15-30 minutes 

Blonde Series (11’s & 12’s):

• mix The Colour with Bits4Hair The Developer (40 Vol) in a 1:1.2 ratio Example: 30 ml of The Colour to 60 ml of The Developer or 50 ml of The Colour with 100 ml of The Developer.
• allow Blonde Series to develop for 50-55 minutes.
• after the development time, ensure a thorough emulsification of the colour, rinse hair & follow up with your chosen colour care shampoo & conditioner.

Warnings:

Wear suitable disposasble gloves during the preparation, application and rinsing of the product. Do not colour the hair if your client has a rash on their face or sensitive, irritated or damaged scalp or if you client has ever experienced any reaction after colouring their hair. Avoid contact with eyes, rinse eyes thoroughly, immediately if the product comes into contact with them.

Ingredients for Bits4Hair The Colour:

AQUA / WATER: This is the base ingredient & serves as a solvent for other components. It helps dissolve & deliver other ingredients to hair.

CETEARYL ALCOHOL: Acts as an emollient, it can soften & moisturise hair.

PROPYLENE GLYCOL: Acts as a humectant, helping to retain moisture in the hair.

STEARIC ACID: Functions as a surfactant, helping to cleanse & emulsify oils and dirt.

AMMONIA: Commonly used in hair dyes to open the hair cuticle & allow colour to penetrate.

ASCORBIC ACID: Also known as Vitamin C, it can have antioxidant properties & is used for its brightening effects.

POLYQUATERNIUM-6: An anti-static & conditioning agent, added to reduce frizz and improve manageability.

CETRIMONIUM CHLORIDE: Acts as a conditioning agent.

DIMETHICONE: A type of silicone that can provide a smooth, silky feel to the hair and skin. It's used in hair products to reduce frizz & create a barrier.

PANTHENOL: Also known as provitamin B5, it's added for its moisturising & conditioning properties.

EDTA: A chelating agent that helps stabilise & preserve cosmetic products by binding to metal ions.

SODIUM HYDROSULFITE & SODIUM SULFITE: Used to help develop & fix the colour.

PARFUM: Fragrance or scent.

ALPHA-ISOMETHYLIONONE, GERANIOL, CITRONELLOL, LINALOOL, EUGENOL: These are fragrance components used to contribute to the scent of the colour.
